4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention protocols.

Pricing and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

We serve a global clientele, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. All orders are processed with discretion from our hub in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Customs processing, weather, or other external factors may cause delays. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. Our full Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in original, unopened, unused condition with all seals, packaging, and tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: All opened/used cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance products, as listed in Section 3, are FINAL SALE.
• Process: Initiate a return by contacting [email protected] within the 15-day window. A Returns Authorization (RA) number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of return approval. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
